Fiji is in talks with a university in Australia to recruit experienced doctors. The Fiji Times reports a recruitment campaign is underway to counter the country's doctor shortage. The Permanent Secretary for the Civil Service, Bernadette Welch, told the newspaper an international recruiter was assisting in the search for doctors.
